Within 2 hours of ordering, you can click on the cancel my order button on your order page. For orders after that please contact us with your order number so we can help you!

Give us about 4-5 business days from the shipped date. In the mean time, you can track your shipment with the tracking number on your e-mail or order page.

We will make a refund back to the orginal form of payment that we received. It wll take at most 7 days to appear on your records.

All U.S. orders qualify for free shipping. Returns, however, require a separate paid labels.
